4. Cabinet material: the outer layer is cold-rolled steel plate (white paint), the inner layer is food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the cabinet door is tempered glass.
5. Structural design: single-door vertical multi-layer shelf (8~12 floors can be adjusted), with built-in fan for circulating temperature control, and universal wheel (with brake) at the bottom.
6. Capacity specification: the conventional single fermentation capacity is about 100~150L, which can accommodate about 200~300 standard yogurt bottles/cup.
